About Me

Undra Williams,  is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist, certified in Medical Massage, trained for management of soft tissue pain and injuries. 

My career as a therapist began with my first massage.  I noticed an immediate relief from pain, which resulted in renewed energy, and I wanted to learn more and share the benefits of massage.

So I pursued course work at The Parisian Spa Institute in Jacksonville, Florida where I received  a diploma for completing 600 hrs  for massage therapy.       

During my studies I was highly recommended by the instructors to conduct massages for the school clientele.

After graduating, I obtained my Florida license and worked for various local companies before working independently.  

Some of my time is spent volunteering at local sports events, and attending continuing education classes learning new techniques to enhance my skills.
